16/4/2010 - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
The staff at the AFS office in Reykjavik has been busy answering phone calls and emails from abroad in connection with the volcanic eruption in Eyjafjallajökull glacier. It is important to announce the following:
- No evacuation is where our AFS students are placed.
- According to weather forecast no volcanic ash will come over the Reykjavik area until next week.
- The volcanic ash is not dangerous.
