AFS Paraguay offers participants the opportunity to learn its rich bilingual culture in an environment surrounded by green settings and, even more importantly, by human warmth! In this program, the participant will be hosted by a local family who will show him/her the city, introduce the community, and help him/her make friends. The participant will attend university auditing the classes. They choose a major and mostly attend first or second-semester classes of their chosen career. The classes depend on the major he or she chooses. Some universities let student choose their subjects, but most of them just invite them to the first or second semester of the major they chose. The students usually take the same classes for the whole semester.
