The project is carried by a non profit organization that takes care of elderly people. The organization was founded in 1946 in Santa Maria, in the south of Brazil. Nowadays, about 190 old people are living and being cared by doctors, nurses, social workers and volunteers.
As a volunteer you will help the staff to take care the elderly. The tasks include to assist the elderly, develop workshops and carry out activities to entertain.
